Somatic Object Sensing Practice

Thank you for taking an interest in my work! And I'm so glad to hear you're interested in exploring tools for connecting with your body.

This practice is about 25 minutes long and is a great way to learn what “yes” and “no” feels like in your body. Great for boundary work!

I invite you to find a comfortable seat or position and follow along, or just give it a watch and experiment with what you learned later! It's totally up to you how you decide to engage in this material.
