"I have immense love and respect for Stevie. They appeared in my life at a time when their message to the world was also my message but I had not the bravery to speak of it. Knowing that we both encountered damages from working with an out of control healer, I felt instantly safe; knowing that they could hold space for me. I booked my first appointment with them after realizing that the safety of my body had been compromised during a routine visit to buy a new cell phone. “Stevie Leigh is an amazing practitioner and I highly recommend working with her. I am generally very careful about the healing practitioners I work with, as many I have encountered encourage emotional and spiritual bypassing and are not trauma informed. I also shy away from traditional psycho therapies because of my particular spiritual sensitivities which historically have not been taken into account in those environments. While Stevie is not a psychologist, I absolutely prefer her methods of healing. She is extremely trauma informed, body literate and highly educated in the healing modalities she works with. As well, her intuitive hits are always spot on.
I was fortunate enough to embark on a 12 week healing journey with Stevie. During this time together we worked through lots of emotions, emotions I was keeping myself from fully exploring and thus not able to completely work through before. Through working with Stevie, I was able to become closer to myself, to begin to work through and connect with trauma I had not previously been able to fully understand on my own. She helped me to develop tools to use during hard times, to honor and listen to my body, and to free myself from restrictions and punishments I had been placing upon myself without even realizing it. One of the best things about the way Stevie works is that much of the discovery we made came from my own self, not her directly telling me what was wrong. She prompted introspection that helped me to have deep realizations and healing moments with myself. Thus strengthening my relationship and trust with myself. She is an amazing guide in this way.
Stevie is very principled in the way she works, and creates a very safe space to go really deep and be really vulnerable. In past experiences with other practitioners I haven’t felt safe enough to completely unravel and with Stevie I felt held and comfortable enough to go there.

“Hiring Stevie to be our postpartum doula was one of the smartest decisions I have ever made as a parent. Not only did Stevie take care of me, she took care of our baby Ella…and truly our whole family. Ella’s birth and homecoming was lovely to say the least, with Stevie here as soon as we got home, allowing us rest, and making everything feel more manageable and in control. After two weeks Ella had a medical condition that put us in the NICCU for a month…and Stevie stayed by our side through out, and was ready to take care of us the day we returned home from the hospital. She saved us. Nothing felt overwhelming, or impossible, knowing she was there, to help us solve any situation, deal with any emergency, or walk us through any intersection. Stevie watched my baby all night while she slept when we came home from the hospital….I will never be able to thank her enough…she cared for us as we settled in and most importantly healed physically and emotionally as a family.
